|
|
Hi,
Probably a stupid question, but I have a Kdj95 Landcruiser Colorado 2001.
I have no manual for the car.
Yesterday an air compressor blew the fuses on the two power outlets near the gearstick, and also blew the radio fuse.
So I've found the fuse box to the left of the engine, and the one under the steering wheel but having done a quick Google, there's meant to be a third fuse box on the passenger side... Can I find it, can I buggery.
Does anyone have any ideas where it is?
Thanks in advance.

The power outlets also have a fusible link built into them so if they don't work after the fusebox fuses are replaced you may need to check them out too. _________________ 1997 Toyota Land Cruiser Colorado 3.4VX |

Have you tried pulling the panel, on the 100 series you have to pull back rubber trim, not like a conventional door type of thing. _________________ It's Not a Bl**dy Jeep it's a Landcruiser

Hi. My Colorado 1998 only has the two fuse boxes. The fuse for the radio is marked "dome" in either of the fuse boxes if I remember rightly. The fuse for the power sockets is in the engine bay fuse box. There should be two fuses marked PWR front and PWR rear. As MODVRS said the back of the sockets also have fusible links in. I did away with mine as they kept blowing when using my compressor. I fitted uprated ones in the front and fused them individually as well as the main fuse. HTH _________________ Steve
