Hello,

Can somebody share a couple of nice under bonnet pictures of their 1HD-FTE EGR / vacuum pipe plumbing please.  Something showing how the pipes should be connected (they use the rocker cover noise shield too) would be fab.

We had rats move into ours when it was parked in a barn whilst waiting to work on the engine, they ate all the pipework and a lot of wiring.  The engine had a serious knock but the to-do list was long at the time, 1 new piston with the liner honed and its back up and running but down on power and before I dive in a start any other diagnostics, I would like to double check we connected the pipes to the right places as it was purely guesswork!  The wiring wasn't too bad as each chewed off stub had a bit of colour showing...

I tried to post this earlier including a picture of where the rats had been (including the air filter box and inner wing) but am too new.

Cheers

Jim
