Hi guys. After owning a 120 series for ten years we parted company two years ago. So recently I purchased a 90 series Swb for a run about the farm etc. 2001 td manual. While I sorted a few issues, rattling gear stick etc I can’t sort the central locking issue.
I can lock all the three doors with the button on the drivers door but this button will not open them. I can hear a relay do something at the drivers footwell but to no avail. I took apart the wiring loom in drivers door and found three wires broken and a couple frayed. So repaired them and made no difference to anything.
The electric key fob behaves the same. Also the passenger window will not operate from the drivers side.
