Well I do get down your way occasionally. We have property on Brownsea Island. Well, it's most of the Island in fairness. But I've no plans at present. A pint! I would need more than that for a 5 hour drive. If you are going to do a lift, keep in touch. I have updated the guide to fitting - and I have a spare steering extension too.
I replaced the fuel hoses out of the top of the tank today as I came home to a river of diesel on Wednesday. Actually I don't think that that was entirely due to the lift at all. Just a coincidence. There is plenty of flex there.
If you want to chat off line, you can always mail me directly. Don't forget to have the latest copy of the guide. Our friend from Finland had been contributing too. |

Lenny. pics are simple - like my wife. I didn't say cheap, merely simple.
Go to photobucket. Get a free account (username and password) then from the site, click browse. Click on the photo that you want from your PC and click upload. Once it's done, go to the site and your picture and click the URL thingy at the bottom of the list of options by the photo. In your post, hold down control and V (paste) and copy the link onto the page. Hey presto.
C'mon.

Come on, there has to be crisps in there too. I mean seriously guys. I'm talking salt 'n ' vinegar at least. Don't even think quavers. I'm talking hard core bar snax here. Maybe even PORK SCRATCHINGS!! or even a pie!
Or of course you could ask your local Toymota dealer to fit them.

Sorted.
That really is a beastie. No wonder your Cruiser's a bit low. That's a house on wheels. The rear springs must take quite a bashing. Probably see a difference in economy too when you fit the new ones
I'm going to bed

May be worth fitting uprated springs.
I have the +200kg rear springs on mine (OME), they also have a +400kg one , but I would think this may be too hard.

Morning Graham - I think he has the uprated milner ones ready to fit. These should be fine. Coupled with the new dampers too.

If the rear is too soft and bottoming just fit Grayston spring assisters, they are inner coils and take an hour or so to fit. They beef the rear up for towing or heavy loads. |
