I'll be honest I haven't got a landcruiser as yet, but as we all know owners clubs are the best for advice and sometimes find vehicles for sale.
I've been involved and interested in off roading since I was young.
Any help or advice on LC's would be greatly appreciated, please excuse me if i get some terms for the vehicles wrong, but like I say i'm new to the world of Landcruisers.
Look forward to hearing from you. |

Welcome to the Site.
You won't get too many responses in this Forum, best to Post in the General Technical Forum, or just have a look around as there are several similar requests for info on here.
I have an 80 series, probably one of the best vehicles I have ever owned, it does exactly what it says on the tin and then some.
Regards
Oliver. |

Cheers Oliver,
Is the 80 series the one with the round headlights, then it was facelifted to square headlights?
I'm open minded, reliability and capability are my main criteria. I'd like something thats comfortable to drive on the road, but that performs well off road.
Are the 80's live axles front & rear? Do they have diff locks etc?
