Most of these typr of products are quite simple.

I'm assuming it's an aerosol. If not, stop reading now.

Right..

Run the truck for a bit. Get it warm, and the inside cool, using the air con.

Get out, put the a/c on full cooling, and on recirc for the air.

find somewhere flat and stable for the aerosol can. passenger footwell is a good bet..

press the buttoin on the can. It should lock in place, so the stuff constantly comes out.

Close the door, and wait for 10-15 minutes or so, until the can is empty, and all of the a/c system is as fresh as a daisy!.

Easy!!!

Used this a few times now and works very well. Suspect it is the same stuff.

Do not forget to clear out the intake filter. Easy to do, just squidge the sides of the glovebox in so it comes off the end stop (empty it first!!) and drops down. Bit of fiddle to remove the filter tray (need both hands to press the catches inwards at the same time) but no need to remove glovebox. Filter can be hoovered and washed with care. Surprising how much difference there is once all the bit af leaves and bugs are gone.
