I have an `82 FJ40 LX, it`s currently on a "Q" plate because I didn`t have the documentation to prove it`s date of manufacture when I brought it back from abroad. Is it possible to get confirmation of it`s year of manufacture and then apply for a proper number plate?

Hope someone out there knows!!

Hi,

Put your car into google -- something like "toyota Landcruiser FJ40", i did this with mine the other day. I came across and AU web site that had details of all the LC car plates and what the letters ment. The year of manufac' will be inthere somewhere. If you have any problems get back to me, i will see if i can find it again.

its an american site but has all the info u need
