www.sparkplugs.co.uk are now selling OEM Denso sensors for FZJ80s at £48 + VAT.

It's a bit confusing at first, because their website throws up an engine code of 5FGE for a "02/1995 -> 12/1997 Landcruiser" with a 4.5L motor.  Not a code I'd ever heard of, but a quick google reveals that a 5FG is a fork-lift truck, powered by the mighty (85hp!) 1FZ-E engine.

Anyway, a quick call ascertained that the Denso sensor that they're listing for the application corresponds to the correct OEM part number for the FZJ80, so I've ordered one.

Local Toyota dealer wanted over £180 for the same part...

They also do 'Beru' glow plugs for the 1HD engines, but I haven't a clue if they're any good or not.

Will let you know if it doesn't fit.
