Hi! How possible is for a BJ40 with B diesel engine to change to a 2F engine?

The engine swop itself would not be too difficult - may need the engine mounts modifying, although the gearbox mount should be okay. Wiring will need to be modified but you could probably graft in an ignition loom. Fuel lines may need re-routing in the engine bay. Starter and alternator are on the opposite side of the engines.
Personally I'd rebuild the BJ engine because it's the detail of getting everything to connect and match that is going to be the problem.
