Has anyone orderd from Slee offroad recently? Do they ship internationally?

Slee will ship internationally but are \ were a bit of a pain.  You have to fax \ email copies of both sides of your credit card and photo ID.  They also tried to charge me an international credit card surcharge.  I cancelled my order.
