Well I have to be truthful, it was a long weekend for me 4 days to be exact (work have told me to use my leave up or loose it) and the boot boxes have been made once before so that part of the build was straight forward as I had all the measurements and knew what tweaks to make in advance. So I used the old boxes as a template and rattled that bit out quite quickly.
