Well poor as a church mouse now, but the proud owner of an ARB RD90 front air locking diff. Yet to test it but with the vehicle up on stands it definitely locks all four wheels together, with I have to say, the minimum of free play. It's not a huge undertaking to fit the diff - to the vehicle. But fitting the locker into the diff is a specialist job for sure. I have obtained an 80 series rotary dial for the lockers (thanks Ecky) so that I don't have another switch in the cab. 90's are not the best interiors for extra switches and dials. It appears that the actuator dial has a permanent power supply. I wasn't sure about the set up for the rear locker and whether the switch sent a signal to the 4x4 ECU to lock the locker or if the ECU sent power to the switch and then onto the locker. With my car in HH, no centre diff locked etc, I can turn the dial past RR to FR and it locks the front diff - as long as there is air from the tank of course. I am unlikely to ever accidentally turn this at 70 mph and in any case, as the locker needs only 105 psi as a max and my system is at 150 psi, I can turn the control reg down to zero so that the solenoid gets no air unless I plan to venture off road at all.

All very neat and not much to show you! A few bits of blue pipe and a dial. Some nice moths fluttering around though Rolling Eyes

Almost Gary. Brakes need a second bleed through, I need a new number plate and ring the insurer and we're good to go.
