Hello,
Was thinking about fitting roof lights on the front and the back of my 2002 landcruiser, just fixing them to the roof bar would suit me. I have no trouble in wiring them at either end relays switches etc are no prob, but what is the best way to get cables to the roof, bearing in mind I am not too inclined to drill holes in my roof, which brings me onto my 2nd question.

Where would I get a snorkel for my landcruiser, have tried google search and cant find anything on them for my model. And what kind of cash are they?

If I had a snorkel I would run the cables to the lamps up along pillar with the snorkel. I was also thinking of drilling the rear door surround above the back lamps and run cables out grommet there and silicone it also to be watertight. Only thing is, I am away at sea can't remember if there is enough steel there to drill through for the cabling, or is the frame too narrow there??

Any ideas anybody?!? Thanks in advance

I ran mine up the snorkel and then along the roof rack to the front and rear. You can come up the side of the rear door as there is quite a gap when the door is shut. Best not to drill holes in the roof.

Re snorkels, not sure where you can get them in Ireland but I imagine that Devon 4x4 or TBR could post one to you. Have a look on their websites - AFAIK they stock snorkels for 90s & 120s (and 100s - not sure model your 2002 is?).

Cheers,
