Well started off as "just a new metal bumber" now it is a lot more!!
So it has turned into a rear bumper with winch mount, just need to make the winch mounting plate. I will also be adding a swing away wheel carrier at a later date.
Thanks go out to Gary

Now that IS a bumper.
It'll certainly bring the rear down a bit. Looking good Paul. _________________ HDJ80, BFG AT's, grooved discs, OME 850/860's |

wow that swing out spare mount is fantastic!!! not much point in keeping your rearview mirror though...
what are the specs for the pivot pin constuction?
how much 'sag' do you get when you swing it out?
nice work!
Regards

No sag as the pivot is made for 500kgs, got it from a web site in USA.
I never use the mirror anyway, I drive lorrys all day so have got use to not using one.

Very smart work on that swing away mount Paul. Did you dent the door to make it fit?
