Can you help i have a 4.2 turbo vx diesel landcruiser k reg with no ABS, i have half a brake peddle when the engine is running and full peddle when it is not, i have tried bleeding the systems with all sorts of methods but no good, maybe the servo is over pressuring, any idears

you checked all your lines for expansion - sometimes they weaken and warp under pressure.
Also, how did you bleed the system? did you bleed everything including pistons/calipers?
You can get rapid belld kits that use pressure from the spare to push out the fluid.
Check all those before the servo.
