Hi all,

Many thanks to Roy and Dennis also Gary, Tracy and their children Emily and Thomas for bringing along there Landcruisers for what was quite a muddy and wet day Laughing  Laughing  Laughing  Laughing Sadly no pajeros showed. Must of been too wet and muddy Wink  Laughing (Tick, Tock)
Quite a few changes had to made en route throughout the day because of recent bad weather and the odd Red Flag. These made it quite difficult to get ones bearings and know what where By-Ways and what where Army tracks. Constant changes where made especially when Ordnance Survey do not show the afformentioned Army tracks. All the more fun eh??? Shocked  Laughing Still we got round without anyone getting stuck. Even the ladies, Tracy and Alyson had a go !! Laughing Cool or what  Exclamation  Razz

Mud and water everywhere  Laughing though and a great day was had.
Even managed to take a few photos....click on the following link :-

http://www.photobox.co.uk/album/4602296

Now the task of cleaning off all that mud Wink  Crying or Very sad  Laughing

trev and aly

We are out for a reccie this Saturday 20th with some friends from
www.pocuk.com to check out some routes for their event on the 27th
which I could ask if they are prepared to open up the invitation to
Landcruisers. Laughing
Let me know.

Cool. I've just bought a used Pajero. So hopefully I'll be joing the club and coming out to play.

Are there ever any "mixed" events? You know, Cruisers, Pajeros, Jeeps etc.

Hiya,

I assume you have/or will join www.pocuk.com with your Pajero. It is a sister club to the Landcruiser owners club. (along with Isuzu and Delica) They have thousands of members and quite often have regional and national club events. They have a regional event this Saturday 27th, North Dorset/Salisbury Plain.Check out their Events section.
As for mixed events, well, any make is welcome to come offroad with me and Aly when we go out (Well you need something to practice on when towing them out of the mud). If not, there are many mixed make clubs out there, just search the net!

Smile  Cheers Moses. I've been on the Pajero forum. I'll join the properly when I get the car and a bit more organised. But I'm looking forward to comming out to play sometime soon.

It's got to depend on work schedules of course, but I really hope we catch up some time.
