Looking at getting a 1980-84 troopy.  Must be able to fit in my garage, does anyone have the length, or a link for it.

Length of an HJ47 depends on front bumper depth.  Mine is 4.95m long incl tow ball.  Deep bumper model (to fit hydraulic winch i believe) would be over 5m.  Beware height.  Heavy rated springs make the vehicle nearly 2m tall - without any aftermarket suspension kits.  Lower than a late model Land Rover 110.  I scrape a 1.8m height barrier but can access car park ok, guess they allow a little tolerance but you are on the limit.  Medium duty springs will lower the vehicle some 3cm/5cm.

Assume 5mx1.8mx2m tall unless long front bumper model or raised suspension.
1.8m incl mirrors.
