Hi I brought a 80s Lc 6 weeks ago and all has been fine, it has a cobra immobilizer on where you have to touch the pad with the fob to start the engine, well the other day I disconnected the battery for some reason and when I put it back on I couldnt start the engine it wouldnt turn over, and the indicators kept flashing as if there was an alarm but no bleeping, the headlights work and so do the wipers I just cant start it!! I think an old alarm which must of previously been on there has come to life, anyone know whats going on?????? Thanks

Sounds like you might need to reset the alarm - any instructions with the truck - if not perhaps get on google and get searching for how to reset it.

Good luck, and welcome!
