Hi all,
I have an odd problem with the rev counter on a VX 4.2 Turbo Landcruiser, when the engine is warm the needle swings all over the place when you lift off the throttle, it stabilises when the power is reapplied ?
has anyone seen this before please ?
thanks
Max

Seen something similiar on a volvo. The rev counter picks up from the alternator, try checking the belt tension. Worked on the volvo anyway.

cheerz, mickey
