I have been looking for a LC3 but there are hardly any around and if you take the new price as having been around £32k three years ago, the ones that are about three years old are advertised have been around  £25k.
Whatcar's buying guide  says that the cars should be worth 40% (presumably trade in value) after three years . 40% of £32k is about £13k so adding a dealer margin of even £4k, £17k is lot less than £25k.
So either the 40% is way wrong or the dealers are over optimistic.
One thing for sure, I won't be buying at around £25k.
Any thoughts, please?

Maybe lack of units equals higher price - how does a more common LC4 work out after 3 years % wise?
