£220 each (plus fitting - Mr T) - ouch.... Just replacement 'OEMs' (Bridgestones) - figured they did 32,000 miles and still legal - but somewhat 'bald' on the outside edge (as usual) couple of new ones on the front would be good for the winter - so a shuffle round of the tyres - again - and two nice new ones - happyish.  I know I could have gone for more serious tyres - but not much point for me and don't want to compromise 'performance/road noise' - so kept 'safe' as it were.....

Not so much commitment - having had a previous car damaged (lifted wrong) by a non-franchised tyre dealer - not willing to take chances ...... :-{

Ahh, know what you mean.

I watch them like a hawk, jacking, taking air guns to security wheels nuts, balancing them properly and the like !

Never found 1 yet, including toyota that can do work/adjustment on the steering rack, and keep the steering wheel aligned after they've finished !

Just plain annoying.
