Hi all
I purchased a new invincible in March 2014. Since it was 5 months old I have repeatedly been in to Toyota with a recurring suspension lean to the drivers side. I have supplied photos showing the vehicle leaning up to 70 mm.  Last report from Toyota below
Technician findings.
Unable to confirm excessive lean to the offside.  Checked and adjusted tyre pressures.  Measured height – within 10mm side to side.  Checked code (Health Check) non present.  Checked codes in ‘check mode’ found C1791, C1792 & C1794 present.  Codes point to possible fault with suspension control ECU.  Carried out diagnostic as per manual and suspected the switch to be at fault.  When we compared results with a new switch unit, and with a good donor vehicle the same codes were present and similar readings were obtained.  Checked switch wiring loom and found high resistance in wiring so replaced junction block 1, again when compared to good donor vehicle we found similar results.  When vehicle had been left for 24 hours we found the vehicle had settled towards the offside front and there was a difference of 20mm between the offside front and the other corners of the vehicle, after driving for approximately one mile the vehicles height had adjusted and was level.  We also checked the donor vehicle and found it had settled by 30mm on the offside.

Once more the problem is resurfacing. Toyota customer relations tell me the car is correct and advised me that the matter is closed.
Can anyone advise me on this problem.
Thanks
Glyn
