Hi All,

Just got me a vx 80 1991 limited and noticed the speedo needle is moving about a bit and there is a clicking noise coming from this area of the dash when driving over 30mph 'sh.

Just wondered if they are known for needing any maintenance on speedo cable(if they have one?), head and or drive? And if there is a known fix for this problem?

Cheers

Phil

Welcome, it's the speedo cable. Mine is doing that as well, it goes away after about 15 mins. Hope you're enjoying your new car otherwise.

Thanks for the reply

I'll take it out for a longer spin tomorrow and see if it settle down!
