2001 d4d auto. I have a push button between the diff lock and the panel light dimmer. It has a horizontal line at the bottom with 3 wavy arrows point up to indicate heat. Its not the rear screen heater as that in on the heater panel. The mirror heat is on the other side of the steering wheel. It lights up when pressed but i have no idea what its for.  Help please

I have the same switch I belive on my 150 it is called the heater idle up switch you press it when the engine is cold and it increases the idle speed and warms the engine up quicker, works really well, I used to start the car then press that switch whilst going round the outside wiping the windows, it makes a lot of difference.
