Hello guys I'm Alex from the north east.
I'm in the process of building an overland/light expedition 90.
Unlike most who embark on this I have kids. My wife and I. Plus 4. Ranging from 2-12.
We can all fit in obviously but it doesn't leave much room. My question  is this. Is it possible or has anyone ever converted the front end into a 3 seater. I.e drivers seat plus 1 n half seats beside like the older cruisers? If this was possible I'd have the 3 front seats 3 middle seats and all the back boot space for supplies. We have twin roof tents 1 for the grown ups 1 for the 3 young girls and my 12yo boy likes sleeping in the middle bench seat. Most might see this as cramped but it works for us. We're planning a European road trip to hopefully last most of the kids 6 weeks summer holidays. Any replies would be great. Thanks for reading people and excuse my spelling please
