Hi, my AC leaked towards the end of last summer and it’s seem to be from the top connecting pipes of the Drier bottle. I will be putting a new drier in and swapping all o rings, anyone know how much oil I need to putt into the new drier bottle? Will be going to the like of Kwik fit to re gassed once installed, thanks. |

My understanding is that the Denso compressor fitted comes oil "pre-filled" to the correct amount, so that is why it is difficult to find out any oil quantity to use anywhere. According to the Denso website the compressor label should list the total amount of oil in the compressor - although I am not too sure, if the older labels will have this info - so you will have to check this.
Read the info in this link as the quantity of oil to use seems to be a bit of a complicated issue, specially since you have lost oil and you are unsure of the amount of oil lost:

Hope you will be able to determine the correct amount to use. |
