I have a 2004 LC5 and the rear fog lights dont work  .Bulbs and fuse ok. Warning light comes on dash when the switch is operated. Is there a relay hidden somewhere for this. Car also has a toyota fitted towbar.  I read somewhere that this might have a micro switch that turns off these lights to stop them reflecting on a trailer.
Any help would be much appreciated

yes you will find a switch inside the towing socket, this dissconnects the feed to the fog lights when the trailer plug is in
