Hi folks,

I have  a 2007 Landcruiser GX , the brake lines running to the rear hubs are losing brake fluid as they connect from the tubing to the flexible hose over the rear axle. I am looking at replacing both lines and flexi hoses. From experience can you offer up any detail as to the work involved i.e. as in what really needs to be removed to allow sufficient access to remove the old lines and  fit new ones. The making up of the new lines is not an issue as I have copper tube, connections and an old flaring kit about.

Any help or information would be greatly appreciated.

How did you get your brake pipes  I am just in the middle of dong mine, I got genuine ones from Toyota, just found it a little bit of a arm twisting. Cut the pipes where the connections are and got a socket over them to crack them, the worse one is the one above the fuel tank.
