Hi I’m new to the club and would like some help.
I’m on holiday in Anglesey and the front AHC is in
low position and rear is in the high position and
won’t respond. There are no warning lights on.
The dashboard AHC lights are telling me things are
normal but neither front or back are moving up or down.
The smaller 15a AHC fuse in passenger footwell  is
good.
Coincidentally the radio has stopped working but
it’s fuse in the footwell is also ok.
The cigarette lighter charger 15a fuse has blown
but that happened a few weeks back when using
a 12v compressor.
I called the AA out but he had no specific knowledge
and just recommended going to local garage - local
garage has no experience with this so would be starting
from scratch.
The car really runs very well and never gives any
problems.
I’d rather have an Landcruiser experienced specialist
look at it - please can anyone help ??!!
We’re in Anglesey for next few weeks and live in Cheshire
and tow boat and horse box short distances ( < 10miles ).
Would appreciate any help/specialist recommendations.
Thanks
Nick

Hi All
I’ve found the AHC linkage arm on the front near side
has sheared and is hanging in fresh air so I guess this is route
cause of the problem ?  ( ie front axle stuck in fully down position
and rear axle in fully up position )
If the linkage arm is replaced does each corner then need to be
re-calibrated or will the system self adjust once the linkage arm
is replaced  ?

The arm is adjustable, so that will set the level that it goes too, you could try to get the length of the arm the same as before, or fit and adjust.
