New to this forum so hello to all,
The alarm has been going off randomly for some time now! Not responding to the key fob & will only go off if the battery negative terminals are disconnected? Both car batteries are fully charged & the key fob battery is also good she’s a 1999 Colorado VX 3.0TD auto (KZJ95) LWB.
If anyone can shed any light on this issue I’d be most grateful, cheers Ed |

Could be many things of course, but one odd thing that caused mine to go off randomly was the bonnet switch on the driver's side bulkhead in the engine bay. The bottom half of the switch partially fell out; pushed back together and secured with a cable tie it has been OK since. _________________ 1997 Toyota Land Cruiser Colorado 3.4VX |

Have you looked in the Alarm section, I'm sure this has been reported before. _________________ It's Not a Bl**dy Jeep it's a Landcruiser
