I have just had my 2003 LC2 serviced by my local main dealer, Super service yet again. 50,000 mile service £182.38. Still on the original brake pads. Unbelievable!!

Name them, if they are good give them credit, also if you haven't , give the w/shop manager a ring and thank him, I've sat on his side of the desk and you hardly ever get a call saying "thanks" you did a good job. Most of the time its silence , I always make a point of thanking any business that gives me good service, a 5 min phone call is often repayed many times over if you use a company again, you become a name/face and service is better as a result.

I use TollHouse Toyota Nr Horsham. As you say, I did write them a letter thanking them for such good service, and I also took the retiring service manager a bottle to thank him and wish him well in his retirement. We all know there are some bad dealers out there, so let's give some credit to the good ones.
