Very nice indeed, both the Landcruiser and the van - a Bedofrd by any chance?

An uncle of mine had a Bedford in the early 90s. Was repowered with a Holden V8  Shocked

Mine is a UK model and has AC, ABS and full leather and its an Auto.

It sounds like the same situation here. Any NZ new 90 series was a manual, pretty sure there was the option of an auto, but who'd fork out an extra few thousand $$$ for something which is going to decrease it's value.

For a 70 series here with a 5 speed, add an easy $4-5K to the price tag to that of an auto. The idea of getting my auto converted crosses my mind many times - about $3500 all up to convert, vehicle valued at approx $13K, hmm. Must say though, the auto box in a Yota is not half as bad as some 4bys around.  Wink
