I have 3dr 2006 landcruiser and iam looking to replace front door speakers but i dont know how to get front door panels off.. can anyone help please

i have fitted the new 6x9 speakers in the doors today, this topic is solved.... Very Happy
my dealer e-mailed diagrams to me at the weekend with step by step instructions, so if anybody needs help feel free to send me a private message and i can email them to you's..
                            so its all good now, loads of beat to my landcruiser now.... wav
