| hi all newly aquired set of brand new led tail lights for an amazon 2006 spec.bit worried about the wattage.the leds run on 0.3 watts as the standards run on 5w and 21w for the brake light.would it be a problem just plugging and going or is there a risk of blowing the leds?thnx in advance. |

| they should be fine, the 5W & 21W are the output from the bulbs, the input is 12v. |

theres no problem at all i have led tail lights and front parkers in mine.. there is no problem fitting them to 4x4s but in cars it can bring on warning lights... i also have 12 other hella led markerlights running of the lights loom and i have had no problems... all my led lights run 0.3watts....

Have you bought these lights or were they on the car when you got them?
If you have bought them, have you got the part numbers please?
