Hi all,

Being technically challenged today - can anyone tell me what the proper technical term is for the screw-down mounting bracket thingy in this picture, and where I can get some?  I want to make a table for the back door, and need a couple of these ...

Any advice will be helpful!

Thanks

Gary

You could try these people:-

http://www.bresco.com/

They are based in Loughborough and seem to stock just about every clip and catch you could want for a car restoration job.

Bloody hell  Shocked

It's going to take me a month to work through that lot.  A bit of an understatement - they /quote/seem to stock just about every clip and catch you could want/quote/ Wink

Thanks - I'm sure they'll have what I want - and a good site to bookmark!

Cheers

Wow - great site.

Gary, you'll find this sort of thing in your local trailer shop. They're tie down buttons really. Often found on trailers to put the cover straps around etc. They also get called 'cleats' in some cases. Not hard to get hold of. Harder to match exactly, but not hard to replicate.
