Hello

For petrol engined 1FZ-FE Land Cruisers only.

One of the members (Landtank) on IH8MUD has developed a housing that replaces the stock Toyota MAF with an aluminium one. You also need to use a new sensor.

I fitted one on Friday and I cannot believe how much nicer the engine feels - a lot more 'sprightly'.

Here's what the old and new housings look like (pics courtesy of jamisobe)

The purchase info can be found on IH8MUD - I won't post it here as I am not on commission lol. There is also a very long technical development thread on there - very interesting read.

Anyways, I'm very happy with the mod - it puts me one step closer to my turbo build - yay!

Very Happy
