Hi All. Have just moved to Norfolk coast mid way between Cromer
and Gt Yarmouth.
Anyone know of a decent LC mechanic in the area? |

Hi Darkeyes,
You're not too far from me by the sounds of it.
I do most of my own work but for the jobs I can't, (or can't be bothered to) do I use an excellent family company called D&C Roberts Engineers. They are in a small village between North Walsham & Mundsley.
They are really a Land Rover outfit but they look after my 80 & another chaps as well.
They are not your usual servicing & MOT garage they tend to do full rebuilds, bespoke racers (Comp safari) diff rebuilds, engine work, roll cages etc. They are heavily involved with Breckland Land Rover Club.
I would not hesitate to recommend them for Land Cruiser or Land Rover work. Pm me if you want their details. _________________ Brett

Thanks Brett, looks like they are at Swafield. Will look em up if the need arises.
Its always good to have a recommendation rather than sticking a pin in the
yellow pages. |

Correct, Swafield is the place.
I've been using them for years now, very nice people.
Always a good excuse to pop in to Tavern tasty meats as well while you're in the village! (Excellent rare breed meat, sausages & pies etc)

Tavern sounds great, but I hope I never go there as it means there will be something seriously wrong
with the truck!
Thanks for your info though. |
