I have got myself a nice set of Goodyear Wrangler MTR's but they are a bit on the big side, does anyone know how far I will have to go to fit them 305/70/16's
I was thinking of going for a 2 inch suspension lift and 1.5 inch body lift will this be ok ? _________________ 1998 Toyota Landcruiser Colorado 3.4 V6 (sold)

I'm sure an expert will be along soon but in the meantime, I'm sorry to say that IMO they probably wont fit even with the mods mentioned.
I think you will have to do some modifications to the front (not sure of the technical terms etc) but essentially to move the wheel forwards. Even then I'm not sure....

Just looking through some old photos from our trip to Wales 08 and found this.
This is Bosvark's 90 with 305/70/16's next to mine with 255/85/16's

How do you find those 255/85 16's? what are their road manners like? _________________ HDJ80, BFG AT's, grooved discs, OME 850/860's |

I hate these types of questions it's so subjective
I like them they suit me for what I do and would buy the same again although running BFG M/T's full time may not be everyone. |

Understand that. I run 275/70 16s and do about 90 per cent road work. thought taller and skinnier made more sense to me rather than 285/75's, just wondered how they were with that taller sidewall.
i'll find someone with a set and have a drive and see.
that you would buy them again says a lot to me.
many thanks _________________ HDJ80, BFG AT's, grooved discs, OME 850/860's |

They are very popular with the LR Defender guys and I'm guessing a 110 weighs a similar amount to a 80.
Because of the LR connection paddocks is often the cheapest place to buy them. |

All you need is a 2" spring lift.
