Hi,
I had mine repaired twice in 2 years before deciding on a new bosch one, no problems for a few years now bout 200 nuggets when I bought it from dingbro, there are 2 different starters on my 1999 3.0 colorado there is a way to identify which one you have one is 2.2 and 2.7 kw,if I recall correctly one has a 13 mm live threaded connection and the other a 10mm the starter is not the easiest to replace.

hi matey do these have the 2.2 kw or the 2.7 kw starters on them. as parts differ for repair kit. |

I used http://www.repairkitsuk.com/
Nice people to deal with; I gave them the Toyota part number off the starter and they sent the right parts. Seven years since I replaced the contacts and it's still working well.

You need to identify which one you have, as in the post above, they fitted both. _________________ It's Not a Bl**dy Jeep it's a Landcruiser
