I imported a KDJ125 from Japan in 2021 and was surprised that it was not fitted with Headlight Levelling.
Subsequent investigation revealed a plug with the right wire colour codes but not compatible with EU spec switches.
Is headlight levelling not allowed in Japan???
Will there be plugs from the levelling motors taped back in the harness near the headlights???
Has anybody had this problem??
Any help would be much appreciated

AFAIK, if your lc didn't leave the factory with headlight levelling, the headlights themselves won't have this facility without changing them. I found there are 2 types when looking for replacement headlights for mine because of 'fogging'

Yes I realised that but I'm an ex Toyoda Forklift Technical Engineer but after examining the plug the colour codes respond to the normal switch but the plug is different.
I posted as I thought someone may have encountered this previously.
There are plugs at the headlight end but again quite different.
I'm not averse to changing the headlight.
