My LC200 will be 10 years old next month. I purchased it new in 2014 and because it has a full Toyota service history it is still under factory warranty for another year making it a car that comes with 11 years total warranty.
But it has never needed it apart from the fuel filter being the wrong spec and blocking up soon after purchase.
I did have a seized rear brake calliper last year due to road salt but I changed it myself along with new front discs and pads and new rear discs and pads. The parts were cheap enough and the job including changing all brake fluid wasn't too difficult to do.  
So all in all a great car - nice smooth engine - still looks modern - super reliable - a keeper for sure.
