Hello everyone,

I'm looking to remove the cab from the chassis on my swb 90 to do some repairs and keep it going for another few years. My question is has anyone removed the cab from the chassis before and if so what are the steps to do it,

Any guidance would be great.

There used to be a couple videos on youtube if they're still up. I think there was a few posts on doing this on here before too, but the search isn't great.

I did it quite a few years ago now... took a while tbh but from memory was largely disconnecting all the harness and sensors, grounds to block, positive to starter... ther is a whole bunch...
brake lines including handbrake cable, rad, fuel lines and some of the fuel pump harness... was a case of lifting slightly and slowly working around undoing anything bridging body to chassis.
oh and gearbox linkage from inside the cab.
