Yes mine is the same, I think it only works on the back on the 120's |

Mmmm,
That might be more of a handicap if the front drops slightly ? |

Why would the adjustable suspension only work on the rear That just does not seem right to me |

i do find it realy handy when hooking up my two ton trailer, ican knock it down to low so no need to wind jockey wheel right up an no lifting of heavy trailer, but it only stays in the high positon up to 20mph so it cant be for the purpose of keep[ing the motor level.says in the hand book low for when car is parked to make it easier for lifting luggage in the back.high for when crossing a shallow stream.but surely the 2nd one would require keeping the front up rather than down. |

Boonie the control only adjusts the rear that is correct ,it actually stays in the high position up to about 30mph unless you manually select it to mid position and if left on the low setting it will pop up to mid position when you reach about 6 mph. The point you are missing is if say you have it in the mid position and load the car up trailer or otherwise it will not sit down in the rear like coil sprung motors but will self level itself to the same height regardless of load . Also the opposite is true if you unload the vehicle and don't touch the switch you will hear a hiss and observe it will drop back to standard mid height . I find it a great feature although its a pity the front doesn't lift too I grant you that like the Aussie version according to toyota austrailia website or the Amazon for that matter. On mine as I have an ARB front bar and warn 9.5xp winch the front was sagging a bit so I have fitted lifted TJM springs on the front increasing height by about 30mm leaving the car level at mid suspension setting and a bit higher in the tail at high position. |

It's because the rear suspension is air suspension, while the front is traditional coil over shock, so not able to be manipulated. The front doesn't move at all - it just feels like it does. It's also good for getting the spare out from under the vehicle, and great to stop the spare dragging over the rut between tyre tracks, like I found out in Wales last weekend |
