They are made from crepe paper, I am not sure just what the symbology is.
You 'buy' a balloon, they are £ 1.00
It's a very happy occasion, as you make a wish, then your the last person to let it go.
I waited around and seen maybe 100 of them relased,
It lights up the sky and looks very pretty

Great shots"" Two things spring to mind -
1. Where are all the crowds??
2. sheesh - it's CLEAN!! No muck in the streets or on the pavements - how pleasant (OK - I can see 'a' piece of paper in the street in 'one' pic...)
Now - about that 4th floor ... _________________ I'll be more enthusiastic about encouraging thinking outside the box when there's evidence of any thinking going on inside it.
