A quick search using a thing called Google - says 'No'.  But these things can change on a daily basis. My view is that he is rapidly running out of lives on this venture. Ecomentalists, Tinker's rucksack and local doo gooders are gradually winning. Mind you, it's a hell of a place and highly questionable. If he'd decided to run it legit, it could have been great. Shame in many respects, but the sensible side of me says that it couldn't continue. Just the run-off from the site was enough to kill half the salmon in the area and that's not right.

Keep searching and see what comes up.

Yes it is still open, but it should be closed!!
