Hi everyone, I'm just after a bit of help please.
I have a June 04 Amazon which I bought a couple of months ago.
I recently had a misted up drivers side foggy lamp so had that done under warranty last week. At the weekend when I looked underneath the car there didnt seem to be any plastic trim or cover hiding the back of the fog lamp, whereas the passenger side is concealed with a black plastic cover. Is there supposed to be a cover there ? is this the reason the lamp gets all misted up and can someone have a look at the back of their drivers side fog lamp and tell me if they can see the back of the lamp or if its covered with something
Thanks Chris |

The RH side fog is not covered, only the LH one. Same in LHD countries, where it then is the passanger side which is not covered. Always the RH side fog which gets "foggy" or corroded, not very strange either. Although I've heard of one casualty among LH fogs, they normally keep much better.
The RH side certainly needs better protection. Any ideas anyone?
(Maybe the best is to get rid of them. Useless most of the time anyhow) _________________ 2004 HDJ100 AHC Auto 160'km, ex 2000 HDJ100, ex 1997 HZJ80GX Africa edition. |

Thanks Nor, wasnt sure if it was there and garage forgot to put it back or was never there in the first place. Just seems a little strange that its not covered with something as all the back of the fog lamp is exposed |
