Hi all,

Finally upgraded from a Surf 3.0 to an 80 LC but need some questions answered if someone has the time to put fingers to keyboard please.

Firstly does anyone have any good suppliers of winch bumpers and A bars, i have looked on e bay but doesn't seem to be much around at the moment?

Also does anyone know if the uprated springs for the surf fit the LC as i have uprated springs and dampers all round on my surf and a 2" body lift which i think may also fit????

All help gratefully recieved by LC rookie.

Many thanks

Russ

Hey Russ, This may be a month late but seeing as no one else has replied here is my responce...

I have been using West Coast Off Road Centre for the past 10 years for all my servicing, parts and accessories including modifications.

I converted my 200tdi Discovery from a standard street car into an off-road/expedition vehicle which was still used as an everyday vehicle too.

Now I have got rid of the Disco and bought a completely standard 80 series, I will be starting off all over again modding it, using West Coast as the Only dealer to supply and fit all my gear.

They supply loads of top end accessories and spare parts as well as carrying out full expedition fit outs.
Just to make things better, they are the Official UK IRONMAN Distributor selling time tested and proven gear from the harsh Ozzy outback!
They also supply a great range of tyres and rims and offer a full fitting service for everything they sell in their on site workshops.

West Coast are a family run business with over 35 years knowledge and experience in driving, touring, prepping and racing 4x4s and who still offer high standards and values like great customer care and service, which is a rarity these days.

Like many people, I am very particular about who gets there hands on my vehicles and I have no problems letting these guys take care of mine for anything and everything my vehicle ever needs.

I know they are not local to you, but I have suggested them as they have a website you can view their gear on and they offer a worldwide shipping service no matter how near of far away you may be.

They are also great at giving genuine honest advice for what you actually need and do not sell gear you do not.

Cant say anymore except try them, you wont be disappointed.

yep, I have had lots of stuff off them for my 60, they seem pretty good, and cheaper than TBR on some stuff.
