Anyone know of an insurance company, that actually understands reality?
I am having trouble with Dial Direct, not giving me enough time to get the NCD cert to them.
The problem is the last few years I've been in France, and have been using a French company.
Now I need UK insurance for my new LC.
The NCD cert is in French, but they want an official translation done on the cert.
This takes time to get done, will they take this into consideration?
No they won't, they will cancel the policy if I don't send them the cert.
But how do I give them the cert when the OFFICIAL translation they are demanding, has not been sent to me yet.
I have chased up the translator, but he's French so will finish the translation when he's finished it and not before.
How do you deal with such inflexibility, when things are out of your hands, and beyond your control? |
