I've finished a 2 year body off restoration
Only1 problem
In the last 6 weeks I've had a flat battery
Please can you tell me the best battery for my car
It's a 1994 80 series 4.5 petrol that runs on lpg
Many thanks
Jeremy

Id say you're more likely to need a new alternator than a new battery.

If the diodes are breaking down or failing, you'll discharge a battery almost overnight.

For the battery, any decent named brand will do the job, i fitted Yuasa batteries to mine - from Halfords of all places.
Kept charge for 18 months while sitting unused in my shed.

Just need to be mindful of the positive & negative terminal "handing" of them if you have twin batteries - not sure if theres two fitted on the petrol 4.5L engine.
