I’m struggling to find a wiring diagram for the integration relay 82730-60050, I’m trying to sort out my central locking but think the relay module is knackered. It will unlock the locks if I disconnect the connector and reconnect. All door harnesses ok. I need to test it but am struggling to find the right diagram. Willing to pay cash for the right one, didn’t think it would be this difficult to source one!

There are a couple of references to the integration relay and door locking system in this pdf. Let me know if it's any use; if not I have others.

Thank you for your reply, this is the one I’ve been looking at but the connectors on my relay are different from the ones shown, wondering if as my truck is a 2002 KDJ95 that they have used a later relay module.

I can get one for £40 off of e bay but as I’m an auto electrician by trade it kinda goes against the grain changing parts without proving the fault 🤣

I'll have look through my manual collection, I've accumulated dozens over the years. I keep meaning to sort them all out, de-duplicate and chuck out the rubbish but I never get around to it.Mine is a 1997 model so they're the manuals at the top of my pile.

Very kind of you. I’ve never found it so difficult to source the right
Information. I’ve even registered for an after sales account with Toyota but they don’t list a wiring diagram. I’m assuming that it’s because it was before it went electronic.

Kind Regards
Phil

Are these closer? Can link to the manuals for these in a pm if they are what you need.

I’m not sure how to attach pictures but that last photo image is the relay I have but if you look at the wiring diagram pin out above, the front looks totally different. I think that wiring diagram is from the same 1996 manual that I have

I have the same Haynes manual as the other diagrams, it doesn’t list a pin out unfortunately. There are several wires that share the same colour codes so I can’t even piece one together as I can’t tell if what I’m testing is actually the correct pin 🤦🏼‍♂️

I think the first two wiring pictures are for the later model integration relay, I accidentally included the third pic which is the old unit, finger trouble and trying to do it all quickly, hence the huge image sizes as well (although if I shrink them they're unreadable usually)

Haha no worries. The connector is the one in the last picture on the front of the unit, on the right. But it doesn’t match anything I can find anywhere. Wondering if the 100 series is the same because the 80 definitely isn’t

Scrap that. Doesn’t look like any other series has the same set up. This just gets worse 🤣
